PROJECTHREAD is a tech startup that I am currently leading and originally conceptualized. I lead a 4 member team, including myself that consist of restless, scrappy, and out-of-the-box thinkers that are not challenged by college curriculum alone. I cannot execute this project alone and have learned much about leadership, entrepreneurship and myself through this process. Our pitch for projecthread goes something like this:

"In a modern fashion industry, clothing manufacturers are producing more than ever before, while consumers have a demand to match. According to Newsweek, in less than 20 years the volume of clothing Americans discard has doubled from 7 million to 14 million tons. 
Through the medium of a mobile application, PROJECTHREAD (PT) offers a Wardrobe Management System (WMS) that acts as a means of visualizing the asset of clothing, inspiring the intelligent decisions in acquiring new clothes and handing-off unused clothing to the benefit of those in need. Our service will provide a way for users to make the most out of the items they currently own without unnecessary spending or wasting resources."
